Focussed Collective Learning: Document Review
This involves reviewing documentation and offering suggestions for improvement and or next steps.
Focussed Collective Learning: Observations
This is where teachers are observed teaching and are provided with specific feedback. The feedback assists them in the next steps of their development and understanding of how to improve their facilitation. This works on a coaching basis.
