IGE provides tailored mentoring and coaching for curriculum leaders and coordinators to support meaningful and sustainable pedagogical change. This support is designed to build leadership capacity, deepen curriculum understanding, and guide strategic implementation across the school.

This involves reviewing documentation and offering suggestions for improvement and or next steps. 

  • Focussed Collective Learning: Observations 

This is where teachers are observed teaching and are provided with specific feedback. The feedback assists them in the next steps of their development and understanding of how to improve their facilitation. This works on a coaching basis.
